Calibration Gas Mixtures

Scientific and Technical Gases can supply custom made gas and liquid mixtures for all analytical, detection and process applications in a wide range of container sizes.

Certificate of Composition

All primary and certified mixtures are issued with a certificate of composition, showing a certified shelf life which can be accessed online via the StG website. We also supply, as standard, an extra laminated certificate tied to the valve or guard for our customer's records. StG use a range of specialised internal cylinder treatments to give excellent mixture stability and optimum shelf life.

Quality

All cylinders are supplied with a weather proof body label, thermographically produced to withstand arctic sub-zero temperatures, wet tropical conditions or intense heat as found in the desert regions.

All StG products are traceable to the National Physical Laboratory or UKAS calibrated weights.

If analysis is required we calibrate against UKAS, NPL or NIST gas standards.

Non-Refillable Cylinders

Scientific and Technical Gases Ltd is one of Europe's largest suppliers of mixtures in non-refillable cylinders (NRCs).

Gases are manufactured gravimetrically to ISO 6142 and all our aluminium cylinders conform to EN12205 / ISO 11118 and are traceable to NPL, UKAS and NIST.

Our cylinder sizes range from the small 12 litre cylinder up to the new 112 litre cylinder which is becoming extremely popular worldwide.

We can supply all corrosive toxic gases e.g NO, NO₂, NH₃, H₂S, SO₂, HCL, HCN, Cl₂, PH₃ and SiH₄ as well as commonly monitored components and the full range of LEL mixtures and common gases.

StG supply a large range of high purity carrier gases from Acetylene to Xenon with purities up to >99.9999%.
